Pine trees are so special to me and have continued to retain their starring role amongst my art for quite some time now. Maybe it’s their evergreen nature, a dependable color claiming consistency within a landscape that's otherwise ever changing all year long. Maybe it’s their adaptability and strength, or their root system that can stretch out and consume such a large area of land.

Most often, I've noticed pine trees exist within clusters. A support system that has grown to new heights decade after decade. It’s not often you see one lone pine, someone else is always nearby. And I think this print captures both sides of that coin. That there’s strength in numbers and to remember to keep those you love close by. But the main subject remains as just one pine, serving as a reminder that you are capable of so much on your own, and sometimes you have to allow yourself space and time to just grow into you!

This print exists within an Open Edition, meaning there is not a defined number of prints that will be made. This keeps costs more accessible for you as someone investing in original art printed by HAND, and it allows me to keep inventory available when it's needed!
