This mug was dipped in a clear glaze that had a bit of a white hue to it that brought about these downward milky lines, specifically on the pine trees in the foreground. I think it added a really interesting atmosphere to this scene of being at the edge of a lake up in the mountains, looking out towards the sky at dusk that has a barely visible purple hue coating everything in sight. It's a smaller mug, so it's perfect for a cup of evening tea, or to keep your cups of coffee hot in between your many trips back to the coffee pot throughout the day.
